弹性胶粘剂的耐久性研究

摘要

从化学物质、温度、自然环境、机械应力和材料收缩等方面对影响车用弹性胶粘剂耐久性的因素进行了深入剖析,分析了每种影响因素的原因及正确的处理方式.结果表明,胶粘剂使用的基材不同,所处的化学、温度、基材与自然环境等的不同,会对弹性胶粘剂的耐久性造成不同程度的衰减.%The different factors to influence the durability of elastic adhesive for the vehicles were deeply analyzed,such as chemicals,temperature,natural aging,mechanical stress and shrinkage of material,and the causes and correct handling ways for each factor were discussed.The results show that when the adhered substrates,as well as their located chemicals,temperature,natural environment,etc.are different,the durability of elastic adhesives can be reduced in different degree.
