低气味、低腐蚀性厌氧胶的研究

摘要

以环氧丙烯酸酯和甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯为主体材料,乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐为稳定剂、对苯二酚为阻聚剂、气相二氧化硅为触变剂、糖精为助促进剂制得了厌氧胶,研究了低气味、低腐蚀性的N-乙酰苯肼和过氧化二异丙苯分别作为促进剂和引发剂对厌氧胶性能的影响.结果表明,当w(N-乙酰苯肼)=0.8％、w(过氧化二异丙苯)=2.6％时,制备的厌氧胶性能较好且比较环保.%In this paper,a kind of anaerobic adhesive was prepared with epoxy acrylate and hydroxypropyl methacrylate as the main materials,ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt as the stabilizer,hydroquinone as the polymerization inhibitor,fumed silica as the thixotropic agent,and saccharin as the accelerant.The effects of n-hydracetin as the accelerant and dicumyl peroxide as the initiator,which have the low odor and low corrosivity,on the performance of anaerobic adhesive was studied.The results show that when w(N-hydracetin) is 0.8％ and w(dicumyl peroxide) is 2.6％,the prepared anaerobic adhesive has better performance and more environmental protection.
