聚天冬氨酸与十四烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵等复配物的缓蚀阻垢杀菌性能

     

摘要

采用旋转挂片法、碳酸钙沉积法和平板计数法,分别考察了十四烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(1427)、聚天冬氨酸(PASP)和氨基三亚甲基膦酸(ATMP)水处理剂在循环冷却水中的缓蚀、阻垢和杀菌性能,并将它们与锌盐复配使用,通过正交实验筛选出具有良好缓蚀、阻垢和杀菌性能的复合配方.结果表明,当循环冷却水中ATMP、PASP、1427和锌盐的质量浓度分别为40、20、80、2 mg/L时,该复配剂可获得最佳性能,对碳钢的缓蚀率和相应的阻垢率均高于91%,杀菌率可达98%以上,实现了缓蚀、阻垢和杀菌3种功效.%The corrosion, scale inhibitions and anti-bacterial performances of tetradecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride(1427) , polyaspartic acid (PASP) , amino trimethylene phosphonic acid (ATMP) water treatment chemicals in circulating cooling water were investigated by using rotary coupon corrosion test, carbonate precipitation process and flat colony counting method. A combination formula composed of 1427, PASP, ATMP and zinc salt with high performances of corrosion, scale inhibitions and anti-bacterial was screened by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that when the combination water treatment agent composed of 40 mg/L ATMP, 20 mg/L PASP, 80 mg/L 1427 and 2 mg/L zinc salt was used in circulating cooling water, the corrosion inhibition rate for carbon steel exceeded 91%, the corresponding scale inhibition rate exceeded 91% , and the bactericidal rate reached above 98%. The multi-function of corrosion inhibition, scale inhibition and sterilization was achieved.
