祛胰抵方对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠IL-6的影响

         

摘要

Objective: Through the observation of the effect of Quyidi Prescription on IL - 6 of insulin resistance in type II diabetes mellitus rats to explore the possible mechanism of improving insulin resistance. Methods: 10 male Wistar rats were randomly selected from 80 rats as the control group with normal feeding, and the rest experimental group was fed by high fat forage. Four weeks after the experimental group STZ (30mg/kg) one -time intraperitoneal injection method to establish insulin resistance of type II diabetes in the rat models. 60 model rats according to random number table as low concentration group of traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine group of medium concentration, high concentration of traditional Chinese medicine group, western medicine group, model group. Each group was treated for three months. Before treatment and after treatment,test FPG,FINS,IL -6. Insulin sensitivity index(ISI)was used to evaluate the degree of insulin resistance . Results:In traditional Chinese medicine group of medium concentration,high concentration of traditional Chinese medicine group, western medicine group of FPG, FINS, IL - 6, after treatment compared with the model group. ISI was escalated compared with the model group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) ;But the contrast between the three groups, the difference was not statistically significant(P >0. 05). Conclusion : Quyidi Prescription can improve the insulin resistance of type II diabetes rats with insulin resistance and decrease the level of IL -6.%目的:通过观察祛胰抵方对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠IL-6的影响,探讨其改善胰岛素抵抗的可能机制.方法:Wistar雄性大鼠80只,随机选取10只为对照组,给予正常饲料喂养,其余实验组采用高脂饲料喂养.4周后实验组采用链脲佐菌素(30mg/kg)一次性腹腔注射方法建立2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠模型.造模成功60只大鼠,按随机数字表分为中药低、中、高浓度组,西药组,模型组.各组分别治疗3个月.治疗前、后均检测空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6).并用胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)评价胰岛素抵抗程度.结果:治疗后中药中、高浓度组,西药组FPG、FINS、IL-6与模型组比较下降,ISI与模型组比较升高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05) ;但三组之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:祛胰抵方能改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠胰岛素抵抗情况,降低IL-6水平.
