野生型果蝇的2号染色体上不同基因片段缺失对其24 h睡眠总时间的影响

     

摘要

Objective:In order to explore the proper gene segments that affect the total sleep time, we chose deleted gene segments from D.melanogaster chromosome2 to research.Methods:The 7-day-old wild CS strain and the strains with deleted gene segments( eg.7818,7999 and so on) of D.melanogaster were used for the research.Drosophila Activity Mo-nitor System (DAMS) was used to record Drosophila’ s total sleep time within 24 hours.The data were contrastively an-alyzed according to different kinds of strains .This research provided data support for revealing gene segments that affect-ed sleep time of D.melanogaster.Results:Compared with the wild CS males and females ,5 deleted genes segments from chromosome2 had a significant effect on the total sleep time within 24 hours.Conclusion:DF(2L ) Exel7069,DF(2L) Ex-el8034,DF(2L)Exel8028,DF(2L)Exel6034 and DF(2L)Exel8034 genes are associated with sleep.%目的:利用野生型2号染色体的不同基因片段缺失的7日龄黑腹果蝇( Drosophila melanogaster)探讨影响果蝇睡眠的基因片段。方法:以野生型2号染色体的不同基因片段缺失的品系(如7818、7999等50个品系)的7日龄黑腹果蝇为实验对象,利用果蝇活动监测系统( Drosophila Activity Monitoring System,DAMS),以24h内睡眠总时间(Total Sleep Time,TST)为观察指标,确定影响果蝇睡眠总时间的基因片段。结果:在筛选的50个果蝇2号染色体缺失系中,获得5个候选缺失系,这些候选缺失系果蝇与野生型果蝇的睡眠时间相比具有显著差异。结论:DF(2L) Exel7069、DF(2L) Exel8034、DF(2L) Ex-el8028、DF(2L)Exel6034、DF(2L)Exel8034基因片段与睡眠有关。
