陈山红心杉主要化学组成的株内纵向变异研究

         

摘要

The longitudinal variation of main chemical compositions in the heartwood and sapwood of Chenshan Red⁃heart Chinese fir were studied.The wood pH,holocellulose,cellulose,cold water extractives,hot water extractives,Benzene⁃ethanol extractives,1% NaOH extractives,lignin,ash were investigated. The results showed that the longitudinal variation of main chemical compositions in the heartwood and sapwood of Chens⁃han Red⁃heart Chinese fir was:the wood pH in the heartwood and sapwood of Chenshan Red⁃heart Chinese fir was low,the heartwood and sapwood were acidic,the pH value of the sapwood was higher than that of the hear⁃twood,and the pH values of the heartwood and sapwood increased with the increase of tree height;the contents of holocellulose,cellulose and Acid insoluble lignin of Chenshan Red⁃heart Chinese fir were higher in the sap⁃wood than in the heartwood.But vertical variation along the height direction of the tree was found;the contents of cold water extractives,hot water extractives,Benzene⁃ethanol extractives,1%NaOH extractives for Chenshan Red⁃heart Chinese fir were higher in the heartwood than in the sapwood,the contents of these 5 chemical com⁃ponents in Chenshan Red⁃heart Chinese fir decreased along the height direction of the tree.%对陈山红心杉的心、边材的主要化学组成沿树高方向的株内纵向变异进行了研究。主要测定指标为木材pH值、综纤维素、纤维素、冷水抽提物、热水抽提物、苯-醇抽提物、1% NaOH抽提物、木质素、灰分含量等。研究结果揭示了陈山红心杉的心、边材的主要化学成分在纵向上的变异规律:陈山红心杉心、边材的pH值均较低,红心杉心、边材呈酸性,边材pH值均高于心材,并且心、边材的pH值均随着树高的增加而升高;陈山红心杉心、边材的综纤维素、纤维素、酸不溶木质素含量均为边材高于心材,但在沿树高方向的纵向变化规律各异;陈山红心杉心、边材的冷水抽出物、热水抽出物、苯醇抽出物、灰分、1%NaOH抽出物含量均为心材高于边材,且陈山红心杉心、边材的这5种化学组成含量沿树高方向逐渐降低。
