Cytophysiological study on prevention of fruit cracking of "Yuhuan" pornmelo by puncture was carried out. The results showed that the POD and PAL activirnties in fruit top increased remarkably after puncture and a vast amount of lignirnn accumulated on cell walls, so the fruit top got harder and the fruit cracking rncould be avoided.%对针刺防治玉环柚裂果的细胞、生理学基础进行了研究。结果表明,针刺引起PODrn和PAL活性上升,使木质素大量沉积在细胞壁上,果顶变硬,从而防止裂果。
