The contents of heavy metals, nitrate and nitrite in the veined inuia from Yunnan were determined. The results showed that the Cd,Pb,Hg and As contents of the veined inula roots exceeded the amount-limiting standard of food contaminants GB2762-2005 except Cr,and the Pb,Hg and As contents of the stem leaves exceeded the standard GB2762-2005 except Cr and Cd,indicating that there was a potential contamination risk. However, according to the green industry standards for foreign trade in medicinal plants and their preparations WM/T2-2004,all the heavy metal contents were up to the standards without a potential contamination risk. The nitrite content was below the standard value set in 1973 by the World Health Organization and the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization and also met the nitrite-limiting standards of green vegetables in China.Besides, the veined inula was a first-grade vegetable according to the grading standard of nitrate.%测定了云南显脉旋覆花中重金属、硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的含量.
