2010年秋季选取田间表现为植株矮缩、叶片卷曲、黄化等疑似感染番茄黄化曲叶病毒病的番茄植株为材料,对症状表现差异较大的3份病样进行鉴定.序列比对结果证明:检测到的样品均为TYLCV;对其进行序列同源性比对分析,发现其同源性超过98.9%,是番茄黄花曲叶病毒的不同分离物;将序列在GenBank上进行BLAST分析,发现与上海已报道的番茄黄化曲叶病毒的同源性最高,均达99%以上,与其他双生病毒的亲缘关系均相对较远.%Tomato plants showing severely stunted in growth or leaves curled and obviously yellowed were collected from fields in the autumn of 2010,and 3 diseased plant samples with relatively large difference in symptoms were identified. The sequence alignment showed that all the isolates from the 3 samples were tomato yellow leaf curl virus(TYLCV), their sequence homology was over 98.9%, and they were different isolates of TYLCV. The BLAST analysis found that the homology between the TYLCVs recorded in the GenBank and reported in Shanghai area was over 99% ,and the isolates from Shanghai area were less related to other geminiviruses.
