叶面喷施亚精胺对根部高温胁迫下生菜生长及光合特性的影响

         

摘要

The effects of foliar spraying spermidine (Spd)on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of'Romaine'lettuce plants under root-zone heat stress were studied by hydroponic cultivation.The results showed that under the condition of 35 ℃ nutrient solution temperature,after spraying 0.5 mmol/L Spd,the dry weight and fresh weight of lettuce plants,the net photosynthetic rate (PN) and stomatal conductance (Gs),the apparent quantum yield (AQY),carboxylate efficiency (CE),and the maximum photosynthetic under saturation of light intensity and saturation of CO2 concentration,the electron transfer efficiency and carbon assimilation efficiencyall increased significantly.in summary,foliar spraying 0.5 mmol/L Spd enhanced photosynthesis in lettuce plants,mainly through increasing stomatal conductance and effectively protecting the electron transport chain and carbon assimilation.%以长叶生菜‘Romaine’为材料,采用营养液栽培方式,研究了叶面喷施亚精胺(Spermidine,Spd)对根部高温胁迫下生菜生长及光合特性的影响.结果表明:在营养液温度为35℃条件下,叶面喷施0.50 mmol/L的Spd后,生菜植株的干重、鲜重显著提高,净光合速率(PN)、气孔导度(Gs)显著上升,表观量子效率(AQY)、RuBP羧化效率(CE)、饱和光强和饱和CO2浓度下最大光合速率显著升高,电子传递效率和碳同化效率显著提高.叶面喷施0.50 mmol/L的Spd提高了生菜植物的光合作用,主要是通过提高植物的气孔导度及有效地保护电子传递链和碳同化实现的.
