广东浓香型优质烟叶开发密集烘烤关键技术研究方向

摘要

This paper analyzed the appearance, chemical composition, smoking and flavor characteristic changes of aroma - type tobacco leaves in Nanxiong of Guangdong province, explored the factors affecting the weakening of tobacco leaf unique style in this are-a, and pointed out the research direction of bulking curing key technology of aroma - type tobacco leaves, namely making sure the proper harvesting standard of tobacco leaves, screening the key parameters of baking, and integrating bulking curing technologies into the whole system.%分析了广东南雄产区浓香型烟叶外观、化学成分、吃味特征的变化,探讨了烟叶风格特色弱化的影响因素,并提出了彰显浓香型烟叶密集烘烤关键技术的研究方向,即确定烟叶适宜采收标准、筛选关键烘烤参数,集成彰显烟叶特色风格的密集烘烤工艺技术体系.
