纤维素降解菌群构建及其降解能力的初步研究

             

摘要

通过对堆肥材料内微生物菌群的连续筛选与驯化,获得高效、稳定纤维素降解菌群,并对其生长特性和降解能力进行了研究,结果表明:降解菌群生长迅速,培养第7天即可达到生长平台期;菌群纤维素酶活性在1~7d内逐步增加,第7天的酶活性最高;降解菌群对不同纤维素材料的纤维素酶活性差异较大,初始pH值低有利于降解菌群酶活性的提高,其中初始pH值为4.0时的纤维素酶活性最高,为86.54 U.%The high - efficient and stable cellulose - degrading microbial flora was obtained by the continuous selection and domestication on the microorganism flora in composting materials^ then a set of experiments were conducted to study its growth property and cellulose - degrading ability. The results showed that the cellulose - degrading community grew fast and reached stable stage after 7 days'culture; the cellulose enzyme activity of cellulose -degrading microbial flora increased from the 1st day to the 7th day, and it reached the highest level on the 7th day; the cellulose -degrading microbial flora had greatly different cellulose enzyme activity to different cellulosic materials, and the initial lower pH - value was better for increasing the cellulose enzyme activity of cellulose - degrading microbial flora, when initial pH -value was 4.0, the cellulose enzyme activity was the highest, being 86.54 U.
