不同温度及浸种时间对山韭和青甘韭种子萌发的影响

         

摘要

The effects of different temperatures and seed -soaking time on the seed germination of Alliumsenes senescens L.and Allium przewalskianum Regel were studied .The results showed that the optimum temperature for the seed germination of Alliumsenes senescens and Allium przewalskianum was 20~22.5 and 17.5~22.5 ℃respectively.Soaking the seeds at 20 ℃could not signifi-cantly enhance the seed germination rate of Alliumsenes senescens and Allium przewalskianum.Both the germination potential and the germination index of Alliumsenes senescens seeds were the highest in the treatment of 72-h seed-soaking at 20 ℃, while those of Allium przewalskianum seeds were the highest in the treatment of 12-h seed-soaking at 20 ℃.Comprehensively considering the germination rate , germination potential , germination index , and vital index of seeds , we concluded that the optimum seed -soaking time for Alliumsenes senescens seeds was 72 h, and that for Allium przewalskianum seeds was 12 h.%研究了不同温度及浸种时间对山韭和青甘韭种子萌发的影响。结果表明:山韭和青甘韭种子的最适萌发温度分别为20~22.5、17.5~22.5℃;在20℃下浸种没有显著提高山韭和青甘韭种子的发芽率,山韭种子的发芽势与发芽指数均在浸种72 h后达到最高,青甘韭种子的发芽势与发芽指数均在浸种12 h后达到最高;综合考虑发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数,山韭种子的最适浸种时间为72 h,青甘韭种子的最适浸种时间为12 h。
