3种畜禽粪便有机肥施用对黄瓜地土壤重金属含量的影响

         

摘要

The effects of application of three kinds of animal manure organic fertilizer on the heavy metal content in soil of cucumber field were studied through simulated field experiment. The results indicated that: in comparison with the control, the heavy metal(except for Hg)contents in 0~40-cm-deep soil of cucumber field were decreased to various extent by the applica-tion of three kinds of animal manure organic fertilizer,the content of Pb and Zn in 0~10-cm-deep soil was decreased by 6.95%~40.28% and 19.62%~41.57% respectively, the content of Cr and Cu in 10~20-cm-deep soil was decreased by 5.29%~24.77% and 20.69%~47.44% respectively, the content of Cd and As in 0~20-cm-deep soil was decreased by 18.72%~49.96% and 11.62%~29.93% respectively, and the content of Cr in 30~40-cm-deep soil was decreased by 8.85%~14.23%. In comparison with the control, the application of animal manure organic fertilizer reduced Hg content in 40~100-cm-deep soil by 43.74%~73.32%, As content in 40~50-cm-deep soil by 5.40%~32.71%,Pb content in 50~70-cm-deep soil by 29.83%~41.51%, Pb content in 90~100-cm-deep soil by 14.68%~37.03%, Cd content in 50~60-cm-deep soil by 1.56%~34.19%, and Cd content in 90~100-cm-deep soil by 39.84%~60.86%. The results of multi-factor variance analysis showed that: the contents of soil heavy metal Pb,Hg,As and Cd were very significantly correlated with the application rate of animal ma-nure organic fertilizer;the contents of soil heavy metal Cr and Cu were very significantly correlated with the kind of animal manure organic fertilizer.%为研究畜禽粪便有机肥的施用对土壤造成的潜在重金属污染,采用大田模拟试验,研究了3种畜禽粪便有机肥对黄瓜地土壤重金属含量的影响.结果表明:除汞(Hg)外,施用有机肥处理浅层(0~40 cm)重金属含量较对照均有不同程度的降低,其中铅(Pb)和锌(Zn)在0~10 cm层降幅分别为6.95%~40.28%和19.62%~41.57%,镉(Cr)和铜(Cu)在10~20 cm 层降幅分别为5.29%~24.77%和20.69%~47.44%,铬(Cd)和砷(As)在0~20 cm 层降幅分别为18.72%~49.96%和11.62%~29.93%,Cr在30~40 cm层降幅为8.85%~14.23%;在深层(40~100 cm)土壤,重金属Hg含量降幅为43.74%~73.32%;As在40~50 cm层降幅为5.40%~32.71%;Pb在50~70 cm层降幅为29.83%~41.51%,在90~100 cm 层降幅为14.68%~37.03%,Cd 在50~60 cm 和90~100 cm 层降幅分别为1.56%~34.19%和39.84%~60.86%.多因素方差分析表明,Pb、Hg、As、Cd含量与有机肥施用量的关系极显著;Cr、Cu含量与有机肥种类的关系极显著.
