光谱反射率与鲜烟叶成熟度及烤后烟叶质量的关系

         

摘要

为探索快速判定鲜烟叶成熟度的定量标准,以烤烟品种云烟97为试验材料,采用USB4000光谱仪测定了各部位不同成熟度鲜烟叶的光谱反射率,建立了鲜烟叶成熟度定量判定标准,并研究了光谱反射率与鲜烟叶成熟度、烤后烟叶质量的关系.结果表明:光谱反射率与鲜烟叶成熟度之间具有显著正相关性,光谱反射率能够较灵敏地区分叶片10%梯度黄绿色面积差异.结合烤后烟叶各项质量指标,下、中、上3个部位烟叶适宜成熟度对应的鲜烟叶光谱反射率分别为33.50~45.00、59.21~71.21、61.65~76.71.因此,光谱反射率可以作为大田烟叶成熟度的判定指标.%In order to explore the quantitative standard for the rapid and non-destructive judgment of fresh tobacco leaf matu-rity, taking flue-cured tobacco variety"Yunyan 97"as test material,we used USB4000 spectrometer to measure the spectral re-flectance of fresh tobacco leaves with various maturities and from different parts of tobacco plants, established the standard for quantitative judgment of fresh tobacco leaf maturity, and studied the relationship of spectral reflectance with maturity of fresh to-bacco leaves and quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves. The results showed that there was a significantly positive correlation between spectral reflectance and maturity of fresh tobacco leaves, and spectral reflectance could sensitively distinguish the differ-ence in yellow-green area of fresh tobacco leaves among 10%-gradient samples. Combining with the various quality indexes of flue-cured tobacco leaves, we concluded that the spectral reflectance of fresh tobacco leaves with appropriate maturity from the bottom, middle part and top of tobacco plants was 33.50~45.00,59.21~71.21 and 61.65~76.71, respectively. Therefore, the spectral reflectance can be used as an index judging the maturity of tobacco leaves in field.
