油菜素内酯对高温胁迫下猕猴桃苗耐热性相关生理指标的影响

         

摘要

以美味猕猴桃品种秦美的组培苗为试材,研究油菜素内酯对高温胁迫下猕猴桃苗耐热性相关生理指标的影响.结果表明,油菜素内酯可抑制高温胁迫下猕猴桃叶细胞电解质渗透率和丙二醛(MDA)含量的增加,增强高温胁迫下猕猴桃苗超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、抗化血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)和脱氢抗坏血酸还原酶(DHAR),同时也增加抗坏血酸(AsA)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量.抗氧化酶活性大小为0.3 mg·L-1处理>0.03 mg· L-1处理>CK处理,其中以0.3mg·L-1油菜素内酯处理效果最为显著(P<0.05).%The tissue culture seedlings of Actinidia deliciosa C. F. Liang variety Qinmei were used to study effects of brassinolide on their physiological indexes related to thermo-tolerance under high temperature stress. The results showed that brassinolide could inhibit the membrane permeability, decrease the malondialdehyde (MDA) content, improve the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD), ascorbic acid peroxidase (APX), glutathione reductase (GR) and dehydroascorbic acid reductase (DHAR), and at the same time (increase the contents of ascorbic acid (AsA) and glutathione (GSH) of kiwifruit seedling leaves under high temperature stress. The results also showed that the effects related to thermo-tolerane of 0. 3 mg ? L-1 treatment with brassinolide on kiwifruit seedlings 0. 03 mg ? L-1 treatment with brassinolide CK, 0. 3 mg ? L-1 treatment with brassinolide on kiwifruit seedlings had the best effects related to thermo-tolerance(P<0. 05).
