快速定向育种技术体系的建立及其在转基因小麦育种中的应用

     

摘要

以转抗旱相关TaEBP基因新春9号的T4代5个株系为供体材料,黄淮冬麦区金禾9123等10个主栽(推)小麦品种为受体材料进行杂交,结合小麦幼胚培养直接成苗、绿体快速春化、温室快速发育及分子跟踪检测技术建立快速定向育种体系;利用这一体系将抗旱相关TaEBP基因通过回交转育方法导入黄淮冬麦区小麦品种中,获得一批回交3代的转基因小麦新种质,使小麦的生育期缩短至90 d左右,可提高小麦育种速度和效率,实现1年4代快速繁育.%Five lines of T4 transgenic Xingchun No.9 with TaEBP gene were donor parent and 10 main winter wheat strains in Huanghuai zone as acceptor parent, established a rapid and oriented breeding system that combine immature embryo directly culture, green seedling rapidly vernalization,greenhouse rapidly development with tracking and detection of molecular.Using this technology to transfer the TaEBP gene relating drought resistance was transferred into 10 main winter wheat strains in Huanghuai zone through backcross breeding, and acquired lots of new germplasms of transgenic wheat of BC3F1 wheat growth period was shortened to 90 days, speed and efficiency of wheat breeding was accelerated, and achieved a rapidly breeding target of four generations per year.
