The traditional methods of hole-point search in grid embedding technique and their limitations in applications are investigated. A new approach in hole-point search method is proposed with the name of immunoinfect that reveals good characteristics in concave zone. Examples in two and threerndimension are provided as validations. The applications of immunoinfect show that the new method issuperior to the traditional methods in both the capability of hole-point search and flexibility in usage.%本文分析了分区重叠计算中洞点搜索的传统模式及其应用上的缺陷,针对凹形重叠区难以精确寻点的问题,提出了一种新的洞点搜索方法:感染免疫法。文中给出了二维和三维情况下的搜索算例作为验证。实际应用表明,该方法无论是寻点能力还是在通用性方面都优越于传统模式。
