摘要

The promotion of modernization of county governance system and capacity is a foundation step for the realization of governance system and capacity modernization in the state level.To speed up the process,we should enhance self-confidence in terms of road,theory and system with Chinese characteristics,fully realize the practical challenges being faced and select the proper technology path.%推进县域治理体系和治理能力现代化，是实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的基础性环节。应当切实增强中国特色社会主义道路自信、理论自信、制度自信，强化推进治理体系和治理能力现代化的新理念，认清县域治理体系和治理能力现代化面临的现实挑战，选准推进县域治理体系和治理能力现代化的技术路径，加快推进县域治理体系和治理能力现代化进程。
