Agile Transformation Journey: Which Enterprise Agile Practices, Patterns, and Archetypes were Milestones in the Agile IT Industry, and which Seem to Coincide with Improved Market Responsiveness?

This dissertation identified enterprise-wide agile transformation practices, patterns, and archetypes. Unlike most agile-related research projects, which focus on agile practices for product delivery, teambuilding, and governance, this research project focused on the agile information technology (IT) industry and agile IT organizations searching for milestones (agile practices, patterns, and archetypes ) that enable their organization-wide transformations and maintenance of agility.
