Heat transfer was studied experimentally in two-phase flow in the post-CHF dispersed flow region under swirl flow conditions. The working fluid was Refrigerant-12, and the swirl was generated by twisted tapes, which were inserted full length inside a vertical tube. The inside tube diameter was 7.75 mm with a heated length of 3.66 m. Post-CHF data were obtained at steady state under test conditions typical of heat exchangers with low wall superheats up to 60
