A Product Assurance program is a multidisciplined program that will ensure the quality processes and quality products of a satellite. It implements proven policies and procedures to meet the satellite project quality requirements. Its requirements influence all facets of the satellite project including design, procurement, fabrication, integration, test and launch operations.;This Foreign Space Agency Product Assurance program identifies the disciplines required to ensure the products and processes meet the contractual product assurance requirements of the satellite project. This Product Assurance program can act as a guide to aide the foreign space agency customer in the implementation of their Product Assurance program. Due to the nature of commercial contracts and unmanned vehicle launches, the constraints of NASA and USAF requirements do not necessarily apply, and must be, therefore, be referenced and implemented judiciously.
