Learning to recognize the letters and sounds of the alphabet.

The aim of this curriculum unit is for preschoolers to have the best opportunity to recognize letters and sounds of the alphabet through recommended teaching techniques. There will be opportunities to learn about alphabet letters and how they make words to describe other cultures. This curriculum will consist of 10 lessons which include the recognition and sounds of the uppercase and lowercase letters A which there will be two of, B, D, F, R, S, T, and W, and one evaluation lesson on all of the letters of the alphabet. The target audience will be English, Latino, and Spanish students ages 3, 4, and 5.
