This project describes the influence that administrative leadership has on congregational justice. It discusses administrative leadership as a vital component in the church's ability to foster mission accomplishment. Further, the project discusses how strong organization of the church's work can foster justice within a church congregation.;It describes the efforts of the pastor of The Savannah Church of God as he facilitated training for the deacons, ministry leaders, and members about both administrative leadership and congregational justice. This project equipped the members to improve their leadership and administrative skills while it also sought to broaden their perspectives on concepts of justice beyond the legal sphere, particularly within the church. With this broader perspective, justice can be interwoven more prominently into the Gospel mission. Through a six class workshop on leadership and administration as well as classes on justice, stewardship, and spiritual gifts, the pastor prepared them for this task. Additionally, two sermons served to aid in that preparation. These classes and sermons helped facilitate a change of perspective and procedure concerning leadership and justice. They were equipped to work more efficiently and effectively as congregants and to have a higher regard for justice in the process.
