Energy: Why we need to change our energy policy. What are the most viable alternatives.

This thesis paper that I have written is divided into four parts. After a brief introduction, I describe my goals for the paper. Part One describes our (United States) present energy situation and discusses how we got into the “mess” we are currently in. The second section is a Critical Review of the Administration's National Energy Policy. The third section is broken up into three parts: How our economy will suffer; how our National Security will suffer; how our economy will suffer. The last section is dedicated to promoting change and a proposed policy for such.
