A new Windows(TM) user interface for QUAL2E model.

The Enhanced Stream Water Quality Model (QUAL2E), which can be operated either as a steady-state or as a dynamic model, is intended for use as a water quality planning tool. It is widely used for waste load allocation, discharge permit determination, and other conventional pollutant evaluations in the United States.; This thesis discusses the importance and motivation for the database and Graphic User Interface design concepts underlying the development of the new interface for QUAL2E model - QUAL2EU Windows™. This interface is designed for the popular 32-bit Microsoft® Windows™ Operation Systems.
