摘要

The theory of capital international relations has been criticized for ideas that have little application to the real world. Constructivism, as defined by Nicholas Onuf in his rule-orientated constructivism, provides a framework. Using this framework, this dissertation examines truck leasing and transportation as rules based social activity in a cultural, historical and international context, with particular reference to the NAFTA and Mexican-United States relations.
