Polarization ray tracing.

My work presents coherent and incoherent polarization ray tracing methods. The coherent polarization ray tracing method uses a three-by-three polarization ray tracing matrix. The incoherent polarization ray tracing method uses a coherence matrix and a polarization ray tracing tensor. Both calculi use global coordinates and thus provide a simplification of important issues in polarization ray tracing.
