How to integrate object-oriented methodology with QFD-style matrices.

摘要

Unified modeling language is a general-purpose language to model a software system. However, UML must be customized in order to be used in a specific system. On the other hand, UML still has some limitations that restrict its application in software research. Therefore, in this thesis, Quality Function Deployment, a visual planning tool that helps to improve software quality by analyzing customer requirement, and other useful techniques such as Need Opportunity Matrix, Cost Benefit Analysis and Usage Oriented Requirement Engineering, are used to solve these problems in the UML. A whole software design process is created to describe how to begin customer requirement analysis and end with a UML diagram based on the Rational Unified Process.
