Synthesis of indoloquinolizidine alkaloids.

摘要

The synthesis of indoloquinolizidine alkaloids by a formal Aza-[3+3] cycloaddition reaction is applied to the syntheses of two indole alkaloids, deplancheine and tangutorine. Additionally, the development of electron-deficient ynamines (ynamides) as synthons for organic chemistry as well as chromone derivatives is included in this work.
