In this thesis, a Mattermotive Law of Induction and an associated Mattermotive Law of Induction which is pertinent to Pair Production are discussed and proposed to show that the proposed induction process, which occurs in Triplet Production, also occurs in the Pair Production process. The thesis also discusses that the possibility of Multiplet Production by induction. The thesis is proposing the possibility that these Laws of Induction may be universal much like Newton's Law of Gravitation is proposed. During the experimental part of the paper, 5787 pairs, 1935 triplets, 106 quartets, 10 quintets, and one sextet have been observed and studied in detail. It is noticed that the laws mentioned above are similar to the Faraday's Law of Electromotive force. The paper presented the frequencies of occurrence of multiplets together with energy distribution of the low energy partners. In addition, the ratio of pairs to triplets in the 2 to 90 Mev photon energy range is also presented. Electrical Engineering techniques, applications and methods have been used in this experiment.
