Implementation of Six Sigma methodology for logistics center.

摘要

This project demonstrates the application of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) methods for processing, in effort to reduce the amount of products being held in certification backlog status. This project will discuss the effective use of DMAIC using Critical to Quality Tree; Supplier, Inputs, Process, Outputs, and Customers (SIPOC) method, Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Dot plots charts to achieve process and quality improvements. The scope of this project will be used to further charter future process improvement projects.
