摘要

近年来,随着中国影视剧作品出口的逐年递增,影视剧作品出口成为中西方文化交流的新渠道,为中国文化的传播提供了新途径。由于中西方文化差异巨大,如何再现影视作品的内容,最大限度地传递影视作品中的文化信息,顺利打开海外市场,都对字幕翻译提出了更高要求。因此,字幕翻译研究也就显得尤为重要。
   关联理论是指导翻译的有效理论工具,指出翻译是根据动态语境进行的动态推理过程,而推理的依据就是关联性。电视剧《成吉思汗》作为一部优秀的历史剧,是一部深具文化底蕴、具有代表性的文化作品,剧中主人公成吉思汗是世界熟知的历史人物。
   本文以关联理论为理论框架和方法论指导,以电视剧《成吉思汗》为个案,以电视剧中的双语字幕为材料,基于字幕翻译的文本特点,分析字幕翻译过程中“文化专有项”的具体翻译状况。在建立上下义关联、意象关联、功能关联的基础上,提出几种有效的字幕翻译方法,促进“文化专有项”所负载的文化内涵的传递,最大限度地传播电视剧中的文化信息。
