中国古典诗歌英译的美学研究——以唐代山水田园诗歌为例

摘要

本文从中国古典诗歌，特别是山水田园诗歌的语言特点分析入手，选取了对诗歌翻译有指导意义的表现主义美学，接受美学和翻译美学作为理论基础，从整体上对诗歌翻译进行分析，阐明了表现主义美学，接受美学和翻译美学的内在关系以及它们在诗歌翻译研究和翻译实践中的重要地位。
　　 中国古典诗歌具有显著的中国特色，是中国乃至世界文学的瑰宝，同时也是文化传播的重要内容之一。而翻译作为跨文化交际的一部分，承载了传播文化的重要功能。
　　 经过分析比较，本文较为系统地总结了中国山水田园诗歌的语言特点。富于美学要素的山水田园诗歌不仅拥有唐诗的整体特点，比如意象的运用、字词的凝练和语言的音乐性，还因其主题和内容而独树一帜。山水田园诗歌主要描写的是田园生活，以大自然的美景或者乡间事物作为叙述对象，表现了诗人对于现实的不满以及对于美丽的大自然和淳朴的田园生活的向往。与大自然的密切联系让山水田园诗歌和美学形成了千丝万缕的联系。
　　 本文所选取的表现主义美学、接受美学和翻译美学并不是彼此孤立的美学理论，相反，它们在指导诗歌翻译研究和实践方面有着密切的联系。这三个理论，从不同层面，不同角度指导了翻译研究和翻译实践，能够有效地促进诗歌翻译，特别是富含美学因素的中国山水诗歌翻译的发展。
　　 本文一方面拓宽了诗歌翻译的美学视角，补充了当代诗歌翻译研究理论;另一方面对诗歌翻译实践有一定的现实指导意义。
