《花岗岩石材公司诉国际卡车司机协会案》翻译报告——缩略语和引文标注的翻译

摘要

本文以《花岗岩石材公司诉国际卡车司机协会案》（2010）作为研究对象，重点分析此案例中出现的缩略语和引文标注的翻译。法律缩略语和引文标注是英美法系法律文本中特有的现象，在英美法案例中尤为常见。缩略语以其简洁性为众多法律工作者所使用，但也因其创造性的特点，成为读者准确理解引文标注的最大障碍。缩略语是引文标注的主要组成部分之一，掌握法律缩略语与引文标注的翻译策略和原则，对检索英美法判例汇编有十分重要的意义。
　　本报告首先对翻译文本、选题意义等做了基本的介绍，继而根据缩略语的构词特点，总结归纳了缩略语的分类，并与翻译文本结合举例分析了缩略语的几种翻译策略。通过对翻译文本中缩略语翻译策略的分析，本报告继续对文本中出现的引文标注的翻译原则做了进一步分析和总结。最后，笔者总结了此次翻译实践中的经验和教训。
