摘要

The theory and practice of learning organization is in its infancy. Based on "Five Principles", this paper proposes three-dimensional assessment index system of learning organization in view of enterprise's studying and growing capacity. The three dimensions are human resources, information assets, and organization resources. The weight of assessment index is set according to the building phase of learning organization. Finally the evaluation process based on fuzzy AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) is given. It hopes to provide a set of quantitative analysis evaluation method more reliably.
