Analysis of the Path of Enterprises' Durative Growth Based on the Dynamic Equilibrium of Innovation Ability and Control Ability

摘要

This paper presents a general analysis framework of the equilibrium between innovation ability and control ability in the process of enterprises' durative growth. We suggest that the key of durative growth of enterprises falls on the establishment of the innovation system and the innovation-push control system of enterprises, and the organic integration of the two systems.
