摘要

Due to the rapid development of e-commerce, the global logistics industry not only has developed rapidly but also faces a new challenge. The characteristics of the Business-to-Customer (B2C) mode, such as user decentralization, demand diversity, accurate timing and personalized, with higher requirements make it become the focus and difficulty of researching and developing e-comme.ce logistics. This paper analyzes vehicle routing problem based on the B2C e-commerce with the restriction of traffic conditions and builds the model. Then we designed an improved genetic algorithm to calculate this model. At last, the result shows the method is effective through an example.
