The Analysis of the Approaches, Scales and Economic Influences of Chinese Foreign Capital Inflows

Finance liberalization makes international investment moves in larger scale and higher speed than before, which offers convenience for the economy development of developing countries such as China. However, huge foreign capital inflows would impose some threats to the macro economies of these countries. The article analyses the evolution, the types and the approaches of capital inflows of China, indicates its impact to Chinese economy, and explores the ways to meet the risks of international capital flows.
