摘要

Nowadays, e-government construction has been in an IT outsourcing environment, and this engenders significant changes in internal processes and IT responsibilities, especially in the situation that the responsibility for IT activities is shared among the internal IT department and one or more external service providers. The measurement method for e-government user satisfaction will also be modified under this background, and is there an integrated way to join the measurement and the evaluation of e-government constructien performance together? The main goal of this study is to conduct an empirical investigation of IT outsourcing for e-government construction and provide useful implications for the decision makers. The conduction of outsourcing expands the connotation of the user satisfaction measurement in e-government field. We modified the indicators system under the consideration of outsourcing service quality control and improvement for e-government, so as to provide supplement to the current research.
