摘要

Current fair electronic cash schemes are mostly based on discrete logarithm problem on finite, which are not efficient for newly applications on mobile electronic payment since of time cost and storage requirement of exponentiations.In this paper, we propose a blind signature scheme based on Elliptic Curve Discrete Logarithm Problem (ECDLP).Compared with typical restrictive blind signature schemes, our scheme is more restrictive and efficient A withdrawal protocol and a payment protocol of electronic payment schemes based on the proposed signature technique are illustrated,which are proved secure. Comparing with recent similar research schemes based on ECDLP, our scheme has 30% reduction in the storage requirement of e-cash, and simplifies protocol flows by cancelling the third trusted party.
