The development and application of a Mobile Technological Lab for Water Purification which consists of measurement units for evaluating the initial and conditioned water quality, multitude of process modules for water purification which can be transported by Van and work with renewable energy I.e. photovoltaic, able to provide hygienic water for low populated villages economically is described. This system can be used in desert areas where the brackish water is supplied from the wells, in tropical areas where raw water is usually biologically high loaded also in sparsely populated areas like fishing villages, farms and settlements. The compatibility of this system with renewable energy improves the technical education of rural people and the standard of living of local population also such technology can balance the distribution of population in rural areas.
