One of a very promising ways to address multiplernconcerns regarding security of Web-based educationrnsystems and university educational networks is to utilizernVirtual Private Network (VPN) technology. This paperrndiscusses results and outcomes of 5-year long activernutilization of VPN technology in university networks. Itrncontinues presentation of results, findings, outcomes andrnrecommendations presented and published in [1]rnregarding various applications of VPN technology forrnstreaming media-based learning content's secure deliveryrnusing VPN's authentication and encryption algorithms asrnwell as tunnel and transport modes.
