摘要

The polyester-based polyurethaneano-silica composites were obtained via in-situ polymerization method and investigated by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy or coupled with attenuated total reflectance (FTIR or FTIR-ATR), transmittance electron microscopy (TEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), Instron testing machine, Dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer (UV-VIS). FTIR analysis shown that In-situ polymerization method caused some chemical action between polyester molecules and nano-silica particles. FTIR-ATR, TEM and AFM analyses displayed that that both surface and interface contained nano-silica particles. Instron testing machine and DMA data found that introducing nano-silica particles into polyurethane could enhance the adhesion strength to the substrate, hardness and glass temperature of polyurethane, but increase the resin viscosity as well as. UV-VIS spectrophotometer shown that the nano-silica obtained by fumed method, did not shield UV radiation in polyurethane films
