摘要

Knowledge integration can be accelerated and also easily be converted into competency by practice. However, there are a lot of limitations in practical teaching, such as unclear objectives, actor mismatch, lack of control etc.. Therefore, the paper analyzes the principles of situational teaching according to constructivism theory of learning. Then the paper explains the method of role localization within practical teaching. Based on that, the paper elaborates the main content of the Multi-roles situational teaching model, and puts forward actualized advices about ladder cultivating, use of rich media, project management, and so on, by considering the practical teaching and the surrounding training objectives, optimizing situation design, teaching control strengthening and evaluation.
