Research on AIDAS in University Teaching and Learning

摘要

Teaching is an interactive process between teachers and students. That is for teachers to arouse their students' attention, stimulate their interest, strengthen their desire, guide their action, and promote their satisfaction to learning. The five words "attention, interest, desire, action and satisfaction" which were abbreviated as AIDAS in English. This article introduces the features in interactive teaching and learning process and the psychological process behind the five steps. It also proposes top five strategies in interactive teaching and learning.
