A Research on Strategies for Teachers' Specialization in Independent Colleges

It is not only in conformance with the inevitable requirement of educational reform and development but a new topic which is put forward by the current educational reform in independent colleges. So that the paper discusses about approaches and strategies which are suitable for teachers' specialization in independent colleges from the analysis of the connotation of teachers' specialization, combined with the present situation and problems of teachers' professional development in independent colleges in our country.
