Human Factors and Video Game Research: A Discussion Panel

Video games are extremely popular and many human factors practitioners are working on video gamerelated research. The goals for this panel are 1) to discuss some of the human factors research beingconducted in different domains, 2) to highlight some of the techniques that are and are not commonly usedto do this research, 3) to highlight how individuals broke into their respective jobs/field, and 4) discussways new researchers can get involved in this field. Hopefully this information helps human factorspractitioners learn more about this field and how to get involved in it.
