Owing to more and more competitive market, customer becomes one of the most important resources for enterprises, which results in the development of Customer Relationship Management(CRM). Customer Relationship Management is a management philosophy focusing on customer. Through utilizing IT technology, reconstituting the business function and reengineering the work flow, new customers are acquired and the existing ones retained. In this paper, a kind of whole architecture of CRM for Manufacturing Enterprises is put forward and at the same time some related key techniques of CRM and the relation between CRM and ERP are analyzed and discussed in detail.
