On the Study of Project Evaluation of Websites of E-Government Procurement of China

摘要

This paper aims at building up a set of scientific, suitable for Chinese situation project evaluation criterion system on websites of e-government procurement of China so as to provide a reference standard and uniform rule for the construction of future websites of e-government procurement of China. This paper defines the objectives of the websites of e-government procurement of China, designs the evaluation flow on websites of e-government procurement of China, constructs the project evaluation multi criteria index system of website of e-government procurement of China for the first time. Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) this paper establishes the hierarchical structure model of the multi criteria index system and computes the weights of the indices. Finally, it proves that the multi criteria index system is scientific, effective and feasible through examination of consistency.
